Nextra Dianella makes no representation or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the content, material or products included in this site.
All orders will be packed to minimize damage during transit and will be sent using Australian Postal Services or other Courier Services
Orders will be dispatched within the next business day after payment is received and given the item is in stock. You should receive your order within 5 days after shipment, but should we not be able to ship the goods within this time frame we will contact you and offer you the choice of a refund or delivery when the stock is available. You will not be liable for any additional delivery charges should we have to backorder and delay delivery on any part of your order.
Due to the spiralling cost associated with redelivery fees charged To Nextra Dianella as a result of customers not being available to recieve goods ordered, some important changes have been made to the process of delivery. Nextra Dianella can no longer absorb any redelivery fees caused by customers not being available to recieve goods. Please read the following terms and conditions of purchase that deal specifically with these changes.
a) All orders delivered by Courier Companies and Australia Post will have attached to their sent goods an "AUTHORITY TO LEAVE ARTICAL ON PREMISES WITHOUT P.O.D." or a "NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED" or other such label indicating that goods may be left at the nominated address without a signature or physical handover to the customer. Such customers agree to abide by this action and hence are then fully responsible for the condition and title of such goods left without a signature.
We accept no responsibility for parcels that are lost within the postal system. Any problems related to lost parcels must be taken up with (Your delivery service)
We understand that goods can sometimes be incorrectly ordered or might possibly be faulty or damaged in transit. In these instances we are happy to offer a 30 day money back guarantee on the cost of the products provided you return these to us in an unused and original condition. We cannot refund your delivery charge, but where goods have been delivered to you in an unusable condition we will not include delivery charges on replacement stock. We do suggest that you check all items received against your invoice prior to opening to ensure the integrity of the packaging and that the product is correct for your needs.
To obtain your return credit we ask that you seek a Returns Authorization Advice from us. You can obtain this by emailing directly to email@example.com and stating your name and contact details, the invoice number, the goods to be returned, and the nature of the return.
Return Authorizations will be valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and will be honored once the returned goods have been received by us.
Incorrectly ordered good must be returned at your cost, whilst faulty or damaged goods will have the cost of postage credited back to you. Please ensure that incorrectly ordered goods are placed in additional packaging so that they are returned in a saleable condition.
We value your rights and take action to protect your privacy and security. We only collect information when you knowingly provide this to us, and this is kept confidential and not passed on to any third party.
We will not bother you with unwanted correspondence and will only send you emails to inform you of the progress of any orders or product information as part of our newsletter service. If you do not want to receive the newsletters, you can adjust your account settings to reflect this by selecting unsubscribed in the newsletters menu.The security of your financial transactions and money is protected through our use of the highly secure ANZ e-gate site and they collect your details. ANZ then advises that payment is complete and the order is ready for us to process. In this way we do not access your personal financial information and the transaction itself is protected by one of the largest banks in Australia

Please note that product photos are representations of the items that you receive. It is important that you read through the entire product description to make sure of sizes, weights and shapes. In addition, there is a limit to the colour range that can be displayed on a webpage. As such, actual colours may vary from one computer monitor to another. In the case of handmade products, there may be slight variations in shape and size. We do not issue refunds for making incorrect product choices. If you have made an incorrect choice, you may return the items for store credit. However, there will be a 25% re-stocking fee of the value of the goods. Store credit is based on the value of the goods excluding the shipping cost.
While we attempt to describe products as accurately as possible, this does not mean that the descriptions and content of this website will be 100% error free. If you have received a product that is not as described on the site, you may return the item in an unused condition and you will receive a full refund or store credit (excluding the cost of shipping).
